Terms of service
You choose both ends of the call.
AgentCall connects an iPhone to agents, voice providers, and tools you select. These terms describe the current private development service.
Effective 28 August 2026
Current status
Private software in active development
AgentCall is not currently offered for public purchase. Features, providers, protocols, and availability may change or stop while the app is developed and tested. Use of the app confirms acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Connected services
Your accounts, your providers
You choose the agents, realtime providers, and optional services linked to AgentCall. Their own terms and privacy policies continue to apply. You must have authority to connect each account and may revoke a connection at any time.
Google Workspace access is used only for the user-facing Gmail tools described in the Privacy Policy. Google API use is also governed by the applicable Google API terms and user-data policies.
Actions
Access is not authorization
An agent's ability to read information or prepare a draft does not authorize it to send, purchase, delete, post, call, or contact anyone. Consequential actions require the separate confirmation presented by the app or connected service.
You are responsible for reviewing generated answers, drafts, and action summaries before relying on or approving them.
Safety and availability
Not an emergency service
AgentCall may be unavailable, delayed, or incorrect. It is not a medical, emergency, safety, legal, or financial service and must not be the only way you seek time-critical help. Network operators, device software, agents, models, and third-party APIs can each fail independently.
Warranty
Provided as available
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgentCall is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every agent or provider.
Contact and changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date before they govern continued use.
